TurtleCell Limited Warranty
TurtleCell LLC warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). TurtleCell does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than TurtleCell. If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any TurtleCell product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, TurtleCell will replace the TurtleCell product with a new TurtleCell product. In addition, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.
Does TurtleCell require the case to be sent back for the ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty to apply?
For all warranty claims TurtleCell will randomly select cases to be sent in for our quality control team to analyze. If selected, enclosed with your replacement case you will find a pre-paid return envelope. Seal the broken case in the envelope and put it in an outgoing mailbox. In addition to the above, we ask you to send in a photograph of your damaged case to confirm that your claim is properly covered under our warranty. TO PROTECT OUR CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE HONEST AND APPROPRIATE CLAIMS ON OUR WARRANTY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ACTION, UP TO AND INCLUDING LEGAL ACTION, AGAINST THOSE WHO ABUSE OUR WARRANTY POLICY.
